Senior GNC Engineer - Flight Controls

📋 Description

• Design, tune, and verify flight control laws for aircraft
• Own the control laws for specific flight modes and control loops
• Conduct analysis and tuning with CONDUIT
• Perform system identification to support models
• Conduct Monte Carlo and mission-level verification
• Provide flight test support

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified flight controls engineer
• Experience designing and tuning control laws evaluated in flight test or piloted simulation
• Preferably experience with VTOL, rotorcraft, or eVTOL aircraft
• Ability to work independently
• Sound judgment in interpreting analysis and test results
