• Engage talent, identify the right people, and manage full hiring
• Build strong hiring-team relationships; advise and partner to fill openings
• Craft and improve a consistent candidate experience
• Manage and champion the hiring process for a consistent Elastic experience
• Participate with the global recruiting team to develop and implement strategies
• Be a brand ambassador to promote Elastic and build the talent brand

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting experience in Sales; agency and corporate preferred
• Understanding the basics of what hiring teams are working on
• Experience recruiting for a fast-paced software/startup environment
• High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple reqs
• Articulate Elastic's value proposition to candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives
