📋 Description

• Design and build high-performance APIs (gRPC and REST) for core insurance services.
• Lead microservices and system components end-to-end from requirements to production.
• Contribute to technical direction and architecture discussions.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through reviews and pairing.
• Champion testing, observability, CI/CD, and operational readiness.
• Lead production incidents; drive root-cause analysis and reliability improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend experience; 5+ years with Golang in production.
• Designing and evolving gRPC and REST APIs at scale with ownership.
• Expert in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven patterns.
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps; production troubleshooting.
• Strong PostgreSQL (data modeling, perf) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Mentored engineers and promoted engineering best practices.
