📋 Description

• Design high-quality print materials across magazines, guides, and collateral, plus digital support.
• Translate direction and objectives into visuals across formats and platforms.
• Prepare production-ready print files with bleed, color, and specs.
• Review and proof designs for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Art Directors to refine concepts and visuals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to templates and design systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of graphic design experience with print focus (agency/marketing).
• Strong portfolio in print and digital formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Knowledge of print production, prepress, color management, bleed, and trim.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
