📋 Description

• Lead design across digital campaigns, events, and collateral from concept to final production.
• Create visuals for social, email, print, and OOH with brand consistency.
• Produce motion graphics and video assets using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Own Manifest's brand visuals; act as brand guardian across all materials.
• Translate briefs into concepts; collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams.
• Mentor junior designers and build scalable templates and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across brands and channels.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Magnific AI) to ideate and execute.
• Strong typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Able to turn rough briefs into on-brand concepts; explain decisions in business terms.
• Experience building design systems, templates, assets, and reusable frameworks.
