• Design multi-channel assets (YouTube, Meta, email, blog, print) that are visually strong.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback and standards.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate production, and expand approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of brand/marketing campaigns with the thinking behind it.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in design workflow.
• Strong craft with a clear design POV.
• Experience giving constructive, growth-oriented feedback to designers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
