📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end creative projects from concept to final execution.
• Create visual assets across digital, print, social, web, and video.
• Develop motion graphics and video content to enhance brand stories.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams for design solutions.
• Present concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and elevate team quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years in graphic design with branding.
• Proficiency in Figma; Illustrator; InDesign; Photoshop.
• Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion.
• Strong branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience creating assets for social, digital ads, websites, email, and video.
