📋 Description

• Create high-quality static advertising creatives using strong typography, visual hierarchy
• Translate concise briefs and brand guidelines into multiple creative variations suitable for rapid
• Use Photoshop as the primary production tool for compositing, typography, retouching, and fast
• Incorporate AI tools extensively into the creative workflow to ideate, explore visual styles
• Consistently produce approximately 9–10 approved composites per day while balancing speed
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, simplifying concepts and messaging to focus on the elements most

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with advertising creative at the center of your
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for compositing, typography, retouching, and rapid
• Comfortable using Figma for layouts, components, design systems, feedback, and collaborative
• Fluent use of AI tools within the creative process, updating with examples of AI design work and
• Demonstrated experience creating advertisements; Facebook, paid social, DTC, or performance
• Proven ability to sustain high-volume daily creative output over an extended period, ideally in a
