Lead FedRAMP readiness, authorization, and NIST control work.
Provide pre-sales validation for federal/complex opportunities.

Own pricing, margins, and utilization for engagements.
AI-enabled workflows: AI-assisted control-mapping and evidence-review.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in federal/defense compliance consulting or related roles.
Experience with actual ATO, FedRAMP authorization, or CMMC.
FedRAMP (Moderate/High), CMMC L1–L3, HITRUST r2, NIST 800-53/800-171, NIST CSF.
OSCAL/SSP familiarity is a plus.
AI-enabled workflow proficiency; translate domain into reusable templates.
Strong SSP/POA&M documentation and pricing/margin ownership.
Preferred: CISSP, CISA, CMMC-RP/CCA, NIST 800-171 assessor cert.
