📋 Description

• Own the overall delivery of a client procurement program, ensuring operational performance
• Lead day-to-day procurement operations, overseeing project queues, delivery metrics, service
• Partner with Team Leads to allocate work, resolve operational issues, improve processes, and
• Support the rollout of procurement programs, including change management initiatives, communication
• Lead client operations discussions, strategic projects, and high-visibility procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, or
• 14+ years of professional experience across procurement operations, program management, consulting
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement processes, with strong practical knowledge of
• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain, such as ISM, APICS, or an equivalent
• Demonstrated experience managing procurement programs and leading operational delivery against
• Prior management experience leading teams of up to 10 or more people at project or program level.
