📋 Description

• Lead a Core Product domain and manage PMs.
• Drive outcomes: conversion, adoption, retention, revenue.
• Align cross-functional teams: Eng, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support.
• Translate priorities into coordinated execution; empower PM autonomy.
• Build scalable PM governance and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS/high-growth).
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or multiple teams.
• Proven delivery of business outcomes across products/domains.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and org development.
• Experience building scalable product orgs and cross-team dependencies.
• AI experience to accelerate workflows; fluent in English and Russian.
