• Lead a team of Product Managers across multiple product areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or multiple product teams.
• Proven track record owning business outcomes across products.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Experience scaling high-performing Product organizations.
