Senior Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Product Managers across multiple product areas.
• Translate strategy into measurable product outcomes.
• Drive prioritization based on business impact and customer value.
• Ensure roadmap coherence and delivery predictability.
• Align cross-functional teams across Eng, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and Ops.
• Hire, coach, and develop PMs; build autonomous, high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, preferably B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or multiple product teams.
• Proven experience owning business outcomes across multiple products/domains.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Eng, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
• Fluent English (C1+) and strong written and verbal communication.
