Senior Group Product Manager (Apono)

📋 Description

• Set direction across the Apono platform, creating alignment across product areas, user experiences
• Own roadmap execution, making priorities clear, surfacing tradeoffs, and connecting delivery to
• Guide release planning and tracking, including dependencies, scope changes, launch readiness, and
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers as they grow their skills and deliver
• Coach product teams to identify meaningful customer problems, validate assumptions, and deliver
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Go To Market (GTM), Customer Success, Sales, Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading broad product areas or
• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers; experience managing
• Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps, releases, launches, and cross-functional delivery from
• Strong product judgment and experience working directly with enterprise customers, technical
• A strong technical orientation, with the ability to partner deeply with Engineering on
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged
