• Own the Monetisation product vision and execution across two verticals.
• Lead Payment Acceptance and Credit verticals.
• Double the contribution of financial services revenue.
• Coach and develop 3 PMs across squads.

• Drive cross-functional prioritization and go-to-market tactics.

🎯 Requirements

• Language: full fluency / bilingual French speaker.
• Experience owning multi-squad product scope with measurable outcomes.
• Strong data-driven growth mindset: metrics, instrumentation, experimentation.
• Coaching and growing PMs: raise the bar.
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng, Data, Marketing, Compliance, Risk.
• Hybrid business/product profile: speak revenue, penetration, ARPU.
