📋 Description

• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify growth opportunities.
• Size impact and measure execution against targets weekly.
• Design and execute experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, instrumentation, analysis, and decision.
• Build dashboards to track and drive cross-functional OKRs.
• Turn analytics into clear narratives that drive alignment.
• Remote-first; SF onsite occasionally for meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytical/strategy roles; prefer product analytics/GTM in marketplaces.
• Think in multiplicative levers and funnel decomposition; needle movement focus.
• Fluent in SQL; write complex production queries and model data.
• Experience designing/interpreting experiments; understand power and decision with imperfect data.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and finance; prioritize impactful work.
• Curious about data and AI; eager to shape Roo's AI analytics.
