📋 Description

• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify growth opportunities.
• Size impact and measure execution against targets weekly.
• Analyze data and surface actionable insights.
• Design and run experiments end-to-end (hypothesis to analysis).
• Build and maintain dashboards to track cross-functional OKRs.
• Remote-first; occasional on-site in SF for meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytical/strategy roles, with product analytics in marketplaces.
• Ability to decompose metrics and identify drivers.
• Fluent in SQL; write production-quality queries.
• Experience designing/interpreting experiments; statistical power.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, marketing, finance.
• Curious about data and AI; eager to shape Roo's AI analytics.
