Senior Growth Analyst, User Acquisition

📋 Description

• Analyse user acquisition performance across channels, markets and audiences, and recommend where to
• Develop our attribution approach and interpret MMP and ad platform reporting. Work with BI and
• Analyse acquisition cohorts, activation, retention, subscription conversion and revenue alongside
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, holdouts and incrementality tests with the marketing team.
• Build benchmarks, forecasts, dashboards and efficient reporting to guide planning, budgets and
• Support selected client campaign analyses and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing analytics, ideally in
• A strong understanding of mobile analytics, including attribution, conversion events, measurement
• An understanding of paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok and Google, their optimisation
• Experience analysing acquisition funnels, retention cohorts and unit economics to assess user value
• Confident working with spreadsheets, BI tools and data from multiple sources.
• The ability to turn complex findings into clear recommendations, challenge assumptions
