Senior Growth Campaign Manager

📋 Description

• Plan and run integrated demand-gen campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive global pipeline.
• Translate messaging into campaign architecture: segments, intent signals, CTAs, channels, metrics.
• Own campaign timelines, briefs, assets, and approvals across Content, Digital, Creative, and Field Marketing.
• Lead campaign kick-offs, ensuring clear roles, outputs, and timing.
• Develop flagship multi-channel campaigns: narrative, hero offer, and creative direction.
• Build and manage campaign operations: setup, segmentation, QA, and Salesforce handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on B2B marketing in demand generation and integrated campaigns across channels and regions.
• Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns delivering pipeline for global/enterprise accounts; able to operate independently.
• Strong campaign operations: hands-on building, configuring, QA in marketing automation; lead flow, attribution, data hygiene.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and BDRs toward shared revenue goals and the full demand funnel.
• Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce for execution, lead management, and reporting.
• Deep paid media experience across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), display, retargeting, and content syndication with budgets and vendor management.
