Senior Growth Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end funnel analysis; identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
• Partner with Growth to prioritize and measure funnel improvements.
• Define and track KPIs (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and translate into product signals.
• Build dashboards showing impact of product changes on value and outcomes.
• Design and lead A/B tests focused on funnel conversion; partner with stakeholders.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analyst role (SaaS/Growth).
• Proven funnel analysis and optimization experience with improved conversions.
• Strong A/B testing: complex experiments and stats.
• Expert SQL with window functions; BigQuery or similar.
• Experience with dbt for data transformation/modeling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Metabase).
