🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare sales, provider partnerships, business development, or
• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in value-based care sales, provider growth, or healthcare
• Demonstrated success building relationships with primary care physicians, independent medical
• Strong understanding of value-based care models, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Medicare
• Proven consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex
• Experience managing a business development pipeline and progressing opportunities from initial
