📋 Description

• Define and execute the growth enablement strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Sales, Customer
• Establish role-specific expectations for knowledge, skills, and behaviors required for successful
• Assess team capabilities, prioritize development opportunities, and build scalable programs with
• Ensure sales, onboarding, and account management activities are grounded in a strong understanding
• Partner with Product Marketing to incorporate customer feedback, insights, and success stories into

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field, ideally within
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling an enablement program from the ground up.
• Proven ability to implement a consistent customer conversation methodology and sustain adoption
• Experience supporting multiple customer-facing functions, including new business sales, account
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to make learning
