• Proficient in React, React Native, Typescript, AWS; mobile or backend.
• Strong problem-solving; focus on product metrics and funnels.
• Experience leading initiatives, mentoring, cross-team comms.
• Deep knowledge of growth strategies and experimentation frameworks.
• Bonus: experience in fast-paced consumer/social/marketplace startups.
