📋 Description

• Running end-to-end experiments across Lottie's marketplace
• Building and optimizing conversion-focused frontend experiences
• Writing code to send performance data back to Google
• Automating parts of our Google Ads configuration and campaign management
• Owning A/B test pipelines and iterating quickly based on real usage data
• Working autonomously within a lean, fast team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, frontend-leaning with full-stack breadth
• Think in experiments; articulate impact
• Autonomous and low-dependency; thrive on hypothesis and deadlines
• Data-driven; define success and measure results
• Contracting experience a plus; open to move
• AI tools like Claude Code are part of your workflow
