Senior Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
• Grow revenue; top-line ownership, not quota chasing.
• Run ROAS dial; optimize by offer/geo/OS; use Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio.
• Catch problems early; push budget increases and tests.
• Translate between commercial and technical teams; manage partner expectations.
• Ship weekly SOP improvements for the Growth team.

• You're bilingual: commercial with advertisers, technical with algorithm teams.
• Bonus: ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU knowledge.
• Experience managing advertiser/partner accounts in performance marketing.
• Hands-on with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
