📋 Description

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
• Grow top-line revenue; data-driven decisions.
• Run ROAS targets by offer, geo, and OS; use Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio.
• Catch problems early; push budgets and geo tests.
• Bridge commercial and technical teams; coordinate with engineering.
• Document weekly SOP improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Hungry for a challenge; ownership mindset.
• Tell stories with data; explain trends clearly.
• Fluent in commercial and technical discussions.
• Experience with ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU (bonus).
• Hands-on with MMPs: AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Proven ability to grow a book of advertiser accounts.
