Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, CRM, Paid, and regional teams.
Define market priorities and GTM direction.
Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Experience owning business KPIs.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Leadership potential to grow into a Market Lead role.
Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage.
Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
