📋 Description

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
• Grow top-line revenue; data-driven decisions drive outcomes.
• Run ROAS targets hourly using Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio.
• Catch problems before advertisers; push budgets and tests.
• Bridge commercial and technical teams; align on ETA.
• Document weekly SOP improvements for Growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Japanese required.
• Experience with MMPs: AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Data storytelling: read numbers and tell the story.
• Proven growth of advertiser accounts book.
• Translate between commercial and technical teams.
• Familiar with Hex and rewarded UA platforms.
