Senior Growth Manager (Japan)

📋 Description

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
• Grow the revenue line, measured on top-line growth.
• Run the ROAS dial, tuning ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS.
• Catch problems before advertisers do.
• Translate between commercial and technical teams.
• Ship the playbook by documenting improvements to Growth team SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hungry and looking for a challenge, an underdog by nature.
• Able to tell stories with data, spotting issues in under 30 seconds.
• Bilingual in commercial and technical conversations.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
• Knowledge of platform-marketing metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU (bonus).
• Experience managing advertiser accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA
