• Catch problems early; push budget increases and tests.
• Bridge commercial and engineering teams.
• Document weekly SOP improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Hungry for a challenge; owns outcomes.
• Tell stories with data; read numbers quickly.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
• Scale a book from €2M to €8M in 18 months.
• Knowledge of ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU.
