🎯 Requirements

5–7 years in high-growth tech companies.
B2B digital marketing and ABM, esp. LinkedIn, Reddit, Google ads.
Experience launching and optimizing digital ad campaigns that convert.
Strong CPL, CAC, ROAS and pipeline metric understanding.
Managed marketing budgets >$1M annually; agency relationships.
Analytical, entrepreneurial; strong cross-team collaboration.
