Senior Growth Marketing Executive, Affiliates

📋 Description

• Drive EU growth for Personal and Business Banking via affiliate partnerships.
• Own EU affiliate strategy and execution with support from the Affiliate Manager.
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Lead commercial negotiations with publishers to optimise CAC and diversify partnerships.
• Own the affiliate tech stack, including tracking with Impact and APIs.
• Build processes to ensure partner activity complies with local financial regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success running affiliate campaigns, ideally in financial services or across Europe.
• Experience setting up and scaling new affiliate programs.
• Strong knowledge of Impact (or similar networks) and digital tracking mechanics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Experience in the creator space with conversion-driven activity.
• Data-driven storyteller with test-and-learn/Agile approach.
