🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth/marketing or demand gen (SaaS)
• Proven SEO and organic performance improvements
• Experience cross-functionally across the customer journey
• GA4 experience: pull data and apply insights
• End-to-end experimentation: hypothesis to decision
• Nice to have: SQL, HubSpot/CRMs/Webflow; proptech/hospitality exp
