Senior Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the hospital growth strategy in partnership with business and product
• Own the growth marketing budget and channel mix, allocating investment across geographic markets
• Lead B2B lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives alongside Sales, as well as
• Design and execute hospital-focused acquisition campaigns, contribute hospital targeting and
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics to improve hospital targeting, lead scoring
• Own the conversion rate optimization roadmap, experimentation backlog, and first-fill playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally serving small and
• Proven ability to own a growth budget and channel mix, make investment decisions, and deliver
• Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, including customer acquisition, activation, conversion
• Hands-on experience with B2B acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, referrals
• Experience developing account-based marketing campaigns for high-priority accounts alongside
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with customer acquisition cost, lifetime

• Competitive annual salary: Compensation varies by geographic tier and is based on experience
• Tier 1 — San Francisco and New York City: $140,000–$195,000 USD.
• Tier 2 — Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, Washington, DC, San Diego, and Chicago: $125,000–$175,000
• Tier 3 — Austin, Dallas, Portland, Denver, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Sacramento
• Tier 4 — Minneapolis, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City
• Tier 5 — Madison, Birmingham, San Antonio, Spokane, and other designated locations
