📋 Description

• Own and scale growth programs across user acquisition and activation
• Lead experiments and rapid iteration to identify growth levers
• Shape onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Finance
• Partner with data teams to measure impact on LTV and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Growth Marketing or Product Growth at a high-growth consumer tech company
• Proven track record of building and scaling growth programs
• Strong understanding of the full growth funnel: acquisition to monetization
• Advanced SQL with large datasets
• Experimentation, incrementality, attribution, cohort analysis
• Identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
