Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative to build roadmaps.
Define data, segmentation, and dynamic content needs for campaigns.
Build dashboards and report KPIs to stakeholders.
Manage Host relationships and cross-functional partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years CRM experience in consumer-facing, fast-paced company.
Deep CRM strategy knowledge and marketing tech architecture.
Experience collaborating with Production and Engineering teams.
Excellent project management across evolving teams.
Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and SQL basics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
