• Develop and execute digital growth marketing strategies to drive revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in growth marketing with focus on paid media and creative strategy.
• Experience managing paid ads across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Experience leading media planning, buying, and optimization.
• Experience developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience mentoring marketing teammates and leading initiatives.
