🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in growth marketing with upper-funnel focus (CTV, YouTube).
  • Background with upper-funnel ad platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta, Roku, etc).
  • Hands-on TV/CTV campaign planning, buying, optimization, reporting.
  • Proven ability to measure ROAS and incrementality with imperfect data.
  • Deep familiarity with YouTube/CTV platforms and their measurement tools.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Amplitude; SQL is a plus.
