📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and optimization of the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring seamless
• Design scalable data models, integration frameworks, and governance standards, including naming
• Build reusable marketing and growth workflows in collaboration with Growth, Account-Based Marketing
• Own the architecture of account and contact data models, scoring frameworks, intent signals, and
• Partner with Data teams to develop and improve predictive models, supporting accurate targeting
• Develop and implement AI-powered agents and LLM-driven workflows for research, data enrichment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and mentoring team members in
• Advanced expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce
• Strong technical specialization in one or more areas of the marketing technology stack, with the
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling in cloud data warehouses such as
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, including the ability to develop production-quality scripts
