Senior Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and optimize the end-to-end acquisition and conversion funnel, from initial advertising
• Drive core business metrics, including purchase conversion rates, incremental revenue, refund
• Define growth priorities and allocate team resources, including product management and shared
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation program across the entire funnel, testing acquisition flows
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to align advertising creative strategies and
• Analyze the performance of different acquisition channels, including paid, organic, and referral

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in growth management or product management within consumer
• Proven experience owning and optimizing an end-to-end web or web-to-app subscription conversion
• Demonstrated success improving conversion rates and generating measurable revenue growth, supported
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other
• Extensive hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including
