Senior Growth Product Manager - User Activation

📋 Description

• Own exchange active user metrics (MAU/Cumulative Transactors), define and execute user activation
• Lead consumer-facing growth feature planning and iteration, including task systems, check-ins
• Plan and operate user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events), with ability to
• Continuously optimize activation conversion and retention curves through data-driven approaches
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across design, engineering, data, and compliance to drive
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify actionable growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in internet product/growth roles, with at least 2 years at a crypto exchange or Web3
• Demonstrated ownership of activation/retention metrics with proven results (DAU/MAU growth
• Strong consumer-facing product design skills, with 0-to-1 experience in task systems, gamification
• Proven track record in large-scale campaign planning and execution
• Experience with licensed/regulated platforms, understanding of KYC tiering, geo-restrictions, and
• Highly data-literate, proficient in SQL/BI tools, capable of designing and analyzing A/B experiments
