📋 Description

• Own the acquisition strategy for the weddings vertical, identifying high-impact opportunities
• Translate growth strategies into structured experiments, launch initiatives quickly, evaluate
• Partner closely with Product and Sales to identify customer and market gaps, using data and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in growth marketing with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling
• Proven experience running structured experimentation programs based on clear hypotheses, testing
• Ability to recognize positive signals from experiments and build compelling business cases for
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to independently pull data, build models
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, SQL, or comparable tools is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience partnering effectively with Product

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $93,925–$130,000 USD, with final compensation based on experience, expertise
