Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own Growth forecasting process end to end with leadership narratives
• Maintain and refine forecasting logic, pacing, scenarios, targets
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews; prepare materials and follow-ups
• Run weekly Growth cadence: KPI tracking, variance analysis, escalations
• Build data-driven spend allocation across regions and channels
• Partner with Growth, Product, Brand, Finance on targets and trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in Growth Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, or similar
• Experience owning planning cycles and multi-market capital allocation
• Forecasting models in Excel/Sheets; CAC/LTV, pacing, ROI logic
• Advanced Excel; SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau); MMM a plus
• Turn data into actionable recommendations; drive decisions
• Cross-functional with channel leads, PMs, Data; strong stakeholder comms
