📋 Description

  • Manage and grow Rubrik GSIs across EMEA.
  • Lead from the front as main conduit for new logos and pipeline with GSI partners.
  • Develop account strategy, KPI metrics, and a business plan for EMEA.
  • Navigate partner adoption of Rubrik solutions and bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops, Tech Alliances, Support, Legal).
  • Travel 50%+ across EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

  • Successful experience partnering GSIs across EMEA (HCL, LTM, TechMahindra, Infosys).
  • Proven track record managing GSIs in EMEA with service creation, enablement, cost models, and negotiations.
  • Lead new logo and pipeline generation with GSI partners.
  • Knowledge of public cloud, storage, and backup technologies.
  • Experience using Salesforce and knowledge of industry sales processes.
  • Develop account strategy, KPI metrics, and a business plan for EMEA.
