Senior GTM Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Partner with GTM teams to uncover insights from GTM data.
• Design, build, and deploy predictive ML models for acquisition, attribution, and retention.
• Apply experiments and causal inference to quantify business impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance; report to the Director of GTM Data.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in applied data science, economics, or GTM analytics.
• B.A./B.S. in a quantitative field; Master preferred.
• ML: production-ready models for LTV, attribution, propensity.
• Causal inference: quasi-experimentation, matching, DiD.
• Experimentation: A/B testing, sample size, sequential testing.
• Programming: Python or R (Scikit-Learn, pandas, numpy) and SQL.
