Senior GTM Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Drive GTM enablement for APAC in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Translate global enablement programs into locally relevant initiatives.
• Partner with Regional Sales leadership to identify priorities and build programs.
• Own recurring, programmatic skills curricula across core sales themes.
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics; report to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales, Enablement, Solutions Consulting or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and value-based selling.
• Experience translating complex product narratives into sales messaging.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale enablement with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems; Seismic LMS/CMS a plus.
