📋 Description

• Lead the 6-week onboarding for new support hires
• Facilitate in-person onboarding sessions
• Maintain onboarding docs, checklists, and resources
• Design onboarding certifications and track ramp milestones
• Build scalable learning paths for new hires and tenured agents
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Product, Support Ops, and L&D

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer support, enablement, or training with onboarding ownership
• SaaS industry experience required
• Lead live in-person facilitation and onboarding for support agents
• Strategic, data-informed program design
• Experience with LMS, Google Suite, Notion, surveys, dashboards
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Bonus: Salesforce, Apollo.io, Maestro, Intercom familiarity
