Senior GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver project work across the GTM stack: new tool implementations, integration builds, automation
• Handle tier 2 escalations: the flow errors, integration failures, data model questions, and
• Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS tooling (e.g. Fivetran) and APIs
• Build AI-powered workflows: implement AI agents and LLM-based automation (triage, enrichment
• Do meaningful Salesforce work: complex flows, data model changes, permission architecture updates
• Contribute to solution design: partner with the TPM and senior engineers on requirements and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years administering and building on GTM/business systems, with real depth in Salesforce (flows
• A delivery record: projects you owned end to end — implementations, integrations, or process
• Integration experience: you've built and debugged real integrations via iPaaS tools and/or APIs
• Hands-on experience (or strong demonstrated interest) applying AI to systems work: agents
• Data fluency: comfortable with SQL and warehouse concepts, able to trace a data quality issue from
• Root-cause discipline: you fix the class of problem, not the instance, and you write it up so it
