Senior GTM Engineer - Hubspot

📋 Description

• Develop custom HubSpot reports to measure campaign performance
• Build HubSpot integrations via API to connect tools and CRMs
• Design and optimize HubSpot workflows to automate sales/marketing
• Create A/B tests and analyze patterns to improve conversions
• Track funnel conversion and pipeline health; monitor strategies
• Build scalable workflows and lead management in HubSpot

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of HubSpot CRM management experience
• Technical knowledge of HubSpot API and custom integrations/workflows
• Experience setting up webhooks for HubSpot events
• Familiarity with HubSpot workflows and CRM tools, including data management
• Strong communication to interact with cross-functional teams
• Ability to articulate marketing and sales strategies and metrics
