Senior GTM Engineer, Systems Engineering

📋 Description

• Build internal GTM products to speed Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.
• Ship full-stack apps across Sanity SDK apps, APIs, backends, and data pipelines.
• Create tools/workflows for pipeline generation, forecasting, enablement.
• Build AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Create reusable patterns for AI-powered GTM operations.
• Ensure trust via access control, governance, data quality, observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Remote in North America (SF preferred).
• Strong full-stack engineer: TypeScript, React, Node.js, APIs.
• Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, data products, or AI-powered apps.
• Familiar with GTM workflows and sales/marketing ops.
• Knowledge of pipeline generation, deal stages, forecasting, enablement.
• Understanding AI operating model: agents, prompts, evals, automation.
